The Osaki 3D Honor is equipped with the lasted generation of 3D massage technology. The 3D features allow the massage rollers to extend and retract on the backrest. The massage head 3D function will dictate the intensity of the massage. As the rollers extend out, the stronger the massage will be. This feature can be easily controlled on the remote by pressing the 3D+ or the 3D- button.
Backrest Scanning System
The Osaki 3D Honor computer body scan has an upgraded 3-core processor to improve the accuracy and speed of mapping the back before delivering an incredible massage. The starting point of the massage can be adjusted. After completing the computer scan, you have a 5-second window to raise or lower the massage starting point. The body scan will map out the back's curvature to ensure that a consistent amount of massage pressure is applied from top to bottom.

Titan Chair LLC provides this NON-TRANSFERRABLE Warranty.
We guarantee that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship, or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.

This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
This warranty includes parts costs for the second year at no cost to the customer.
Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.

This warranty is only valid with the purchase of the extended 2-year warranty.
All standard shipping is a curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. By curbside delivery; massage chairs will arrive in their original factory boxes unless otherwise mentioned. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering them into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.
Threshold Delivery: With threshold delivery mode, massage chairs will be delivered to the nearest ground-level entrance of the home, business, or apartment building.
White-Glove Delivery: With white glove delivery, massage chairs will be hand-delivered to your destination and assembled. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service. (Cost:$250)
All White Glove Services is a one-time, non-refundable service, nor do they cover any return service. Once the service has been signed off for completion of service, the delivery agent will not return to do further services that may not have been completed on their initial visit. It is vital for the customer to fully inspect and test the product before signing off on the completion of the service.
